At Caldera Pulse, we respect the privacy of our institutional Subscribers and their personnel. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, safeguard, and utilize data within our operational analytics platform.
Our platform is built on the principle of data minimization. We only collect information essential to providing the Service and maintaining the security of institutional partitions. This includes administrative contact details, organizational configuration data, and anonymized operational performance metrics submitted by staff via our interface.
We collect two primary categories of data:
We utilize the gathered information solely for the following purposes:
We employ enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit for all institutional data. Access to the underlying database infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel who are bound by stringent confidentiality agreements. While we take every reasonable measure to protect your data, the Subscriber is responsible for securing their internal access points and user credentials.
Caldera Pulse will never sell, rent, or lease your organizational data or user activity metrics to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your institutional partition is your own; we act strictly as a service provider and custodian of your analytical data.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes, protect the rights and property of Caldera Pulse, or ensure the safety of our users and the public.
To operate our business, we utilize trusted third-party services (such as secure payment processing via Stripe). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable regulations.
We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination of service, we allow a transition period for data retrieval before initiating the secure deletion of your institutional partition and all associated records, per our standard decommissioning protocols.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our operational procedures. Significant changes will be communicated via your administrative dashboard, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be modified accordingly.
